Letting Go and Healing

I am healthy and totally free of negativity. 
The negativity and difficulties that have weighed upon my mind have lessened and will continue to lessen each day that goes by. 
My pain and fear are gone. 
I am strong in mind, body, heart, and soul.  I  have the strength and endurance to make it through this troublesome time in my life. I release all negative thoughts and sever all negative ties I may have with others, all bonds that prevent me from evolving, healing, and growing in a positive manner. 
As I heal, I will become more and more loving and patient with myself. 
The love I feel comes from inside of me and will increase to encompass others with its purity of light and intention. 
As I love, I will be loved. 
As I give, I will receive.

I see myself totally healthy and happy. 

I picture myself enjoying the things I love, the activities that keep me happy, and spending time with people I love. 

 My heart is on the mend…love is flowing freely through me.
